Did you think we were gonna close the year out without another edition of TROMA DE LA PLAYA? On Sunday, December 21st, we are back on the main stage downstairs at The Tenth, with the “IMAX of Grindhouses” screen setup, for our first Troma show in that space. And of course, we had to make it an epic one.

Join us for a special 25th Anniversary screening of CITIZEN TOXIE: THE TOXIC AVENGER IV, as we toast to an amazing 2026 in a very toxic way. It’s A VERY TOXIC NEW YEAR in downtown San Diego, and it’s our final, final, show of the year - we swear.

Technically, we’ve screened the first three installments of THE TOXIC AVENGER this year already (as MR. MELVIN brilliantly combined parts 2 and 3 into a single feature.) So we had to close out the saga as our final offering of the year. And guess what? There’s more!

We’re also going to start the program with a series of recent shorts from the Troma team. This is going to be a full night of madness that we don’t know you’ll be able to survive.

And plus! We’re opening the doors early. Come by at 4 to kick it with your homies, talk movies, physical media, and everything else you want to do before we start the films at 5.

And finally! A free, green-colored toast of Toxic Champagne will be offered during the show, gratis (with valid ID), so you can ring in 2026 in style.

It’s all happening on December 21st! Why aren’t we doing this closer to New Years Eve? Because you’re all gonna be busy. But let your balls drop early this year. If you don’t join us, Toxie might have to track you down and ask you what’s going on.

-Doors will open at 4 PM, and the show will start at 5 PM.

-If you are visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, we cannot allow you into the venue. Thanks for your understanding.

-There will be no delivery of tickets via shipping or email - we'll simply have your name on the list at the door (plus however many tickets you buy). Please bring your ID for verification purposes to check in. We can check in partial parties too, so if you're buying for multiple people and you're arriving at different times, don't worry about it.
